Mariana is one of the founders of Masterpro Disaster Recovery LLC. She has a background in accounting which allows her to oversee all of the financials at Masterpro as well. Mariana enjoys traveling, fashion and spending time with her 2 boys and husband.

Ivan is one of the co-founders of Masterpro Disaster Recovery. He oversees all of the operations in the field and at jobsites. Ivan enjoys mountain biking, all outdoor activities and spending time with his family.

Catelin (Cati) has been with Masterpro for since 2020 and has become a great asset to the company. She started out as a field tech and has worked her way up to Project Management. Cati uses her vacation time to travel and her free time to spend time at home with her mom and younger brother.

Charlie started working at Masterpro in 2023. He has learned a lot about handling the field crew and managing the workflow at the jobsites. He is a new father of a little girl and during his free time he enjoys driving sports cars.

Diego is one of our Crew Chiefs. He has been part of our team since 2021 and has taken many important roles in the company. His funny personality makes Diego a great team member to work with.
During his free time, he enjoys watching soccer games at home with friends and family.
