Mariana is one of the founders and our CFO. She has a background in accounting which allows her to oversee all of the financials as well as managing the administrative section of the company. Mariana enjoys traveling, fashion and spending time with her 2 boys and husband.

Ivan is one of the founders and our CEO. He oversees all crews and operations out on the field. Ivan enjoys mountain biking, outdoor activities and spending time with his family.

Cati is our Project Manager. She has been with Masterpro since 2020 starting out as a field tech, and has worked her way up becoming a great asset to the company. Cati uses her vacation time to travel and her free time to spend time with her mom and younger brother.
Catelin Gamez
Charlie is one of our Crew Chiefs. He started working at Masterpro in 2023 and has quickly learn a lot about handling the field crew, and managing the workflow at jobsites. He is the father of a little girl and during his free time he enjoys driving sports cars.
Charley Mendez
Diego is one of our Crew Chiefs. He has been part of our team since 2021 and has taken many important roles in the company. His funny personality makes Diego a great team member to work with. During his free time, he enjoys watching soccer games and spending time with his kids.
